On September 30, 2019, a major fire occurred at Balls Creek Campground.  The Campground is 166 year old religious gathering place in Catawba, NC.  It is estimated that 40 of the cabins (called tents) were totally destroyed by fire. Another 9 were heavily damaged. The Trustees of the Campground are asking for money to help repair the infrastructure that was damaged in the fire.  There are a couple of ways to donate.
